A Wedding Party to end all parties!
I love a good party, and you can guarantee I’m right in there on the dance floor with my camera in hand at the end of the night, I just don’t want to miss a thing! Here is one of my wildest of weddings, which includes some photographs which have recently been featured by the Wedding Photojournalist Association spotlight 2024.
A true Yorkshire ceremony
The wedding ceremony took place outside at the Village Hall at East Keswick, a quaint Yorkshire village, nestled in the scenic Wharfe Valley. The hall itself, surrounded by rolling hills and picturesque countryside and has a lovely, laid-back feel, complete with hay bails, which the children loved rearranging into a den once the ceremony had finished!
The ceremony was beautiful, overlooking fields (full of cows), as Chris and Rachel’s good friends officiated the wedding, the couple surrounded by all of their friends and family. And this was so much more than a celebration of love between two people—it was a reunion of shared memories, laughter, and connection. In the midst of all the formalities, It was a joy to observe old friendships rekindle, new ones blossom, and the joy of the moment amplify as the day went on…
Nic, what can we say? Wow! The magical moments you have managed to capture have left us speechless! They're better than we could have imagined. You seemed to be everywhere during the day but at the same time just melded into the crowd and have managed to catch some beautiful natural moments of our big day. Anyone reading this cannot recommend Nic highly enough!!

After the heartfelt toasts, inside jokes, and the warmth of being surrounded by people who mean the world to each other, these guests hit the dance floor like there was no tomorrow!
A wonderful day and night was had by all!
